Voice calling feature WhatsApp is now available for all Android users. The world's most popular messaging app, with over 700 million monthly active users only introduced this feature recently and rolled it gradually to its Android users. If you are not an Android user, you will just have to wait a little longer to get this working. But if you use Android, but not yet activated voice on WhatsApp, what are you waiting for?

The process is not as simple as updating of WhatsApp to start with the voice call functions. It involves a few more steps you need to follow. We have this described below, so take a look at Enable voice calls WhatsApp for Android.

1.Download the latest version of WhatsApp for Android from here. The latest version of WhatsApp site is 2.12.7, but if you download from Google Play, make sure that your phone has version 2.11.561. Older versions do not support this function for all users.

2.Once you have installed the latest version of WhatsApp on your Android phone, ask someone to activate the WhatsApp call for you to write a WhatsApp call to your number.

3.Several users have reported that giving a missed call does not work. You must answer the call, and wait a few seconds before you activate the WhatsApp voice calls.

4.When the function is enabled on your phone, you will have a new layout, three-tab on WhatsApp, one for calls, chat and contacts to see.
